Bottarga Butter

Ingredients
1 stick of butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons of grated bottarga

Directions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the butter and bottarga.

  2. Using a spoon, combine the butter and bottarga, mixing completely.

  3. Scoop the butter onto a 16”x16” piece of parchment paper.

  4. Twist the ends and form the butter to make a log shape.

  5. Store in freezer.
