Bottarga Butter
Ingredients
1 stick of butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons of grated bottarga
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add the butter and bottarga.
Using a spoon, combine the butter and bottarga, mixing completely.
Scoop the butter onto a 16”x16” piece of parchment paper.
Twist the ends and form the butter to make a log shape.
Store in freezer.
