Bottarga Toasts

Ingredients

Bottarga
1 baguette or 1 loaf of your favorite crusty bread
Ricotta, mozzarella, burrata, or your favorite soft cheese
Smoked paprika
Parsley
Sea salt
Olive oil

Directions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450° F. Slice your bread into 1/4” pieces. Place onto large baking sheet. Drizzle each piece evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika and sea salt. Place on top oven rack and toast until edges are golden brown, about 7 minutes.

  2. Place toasts on your favorite serving dish. Spread or place your cheese, seasoning with sea salt. Using a microplane, generously shave Cortez Conservas bottarga onto each toast. Lightly drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Enjoy!
